About CoAmana

We build the systems markets run on

Africa's traditional food markets handle the majority of agricultural trade, yet they operate without basic digital infrastructure. Pricing is opaque, supply chains are fragmented, and market actors have limited access to finance. We change that.

Since 2019, CoAmana has deployed technology, data, and on-the-ground networks across market hubs, reaching over 200,000 farmers and supply chain actors. We work with governments to operate and plan market systems, and with agribusinesses to see and act on market opportunity. Our team combines AI, software engineering, and behavioral science to solve the coordination, liquidity, and information gaps at the core of these markets.

For a public launch a developer should: 1) replace window.storage with a real database or headless CMS using the same content objects; 2) put this back office behind real authentication (the Login link is a placeholder, anyone reaching #admin can edit); 3) wire enquiries to email or a CRM; 4) add real image upload for gallery and team photos; 5) host an Open Graph image and set the real domain in the SEO tags. The product buttons already point to marketview.africa and marketlaunch.africa.
